A new released study on Financing Models was published by Social Entrepreneurship Netzwerk Deutschland (SEND) and the Centre for Social Investment, University of Heidelberg (CSI).

To share and discuss the findings of the recently published study Financing Social Innovation – international evidence, a webinar on Financing Social Innovation was prepared in a collaboration of SIX,SEND, CSI-University of Heidelberg and the BMW Foundation.

During the event, Gorgi Krlev from CSI shared the results and presented the 4 strategies for effective financial support and 8 policy instruments that can be used to shape financial architecture necessary to achieve these strategies.

In a panel discussion Allyson Hewit, (MaRS Discovery District), Filipe Almeida (Portugal Social Innovation), Geoff Mulgan (UCL), Suzanne Wisse-Huiskes (Euclid Network) and Sven Giegold (German Ministry of Economics and Climate) shared their unique insights and experience bringing together a great variety of perspectives from different countries.
